Construction Management

Once an acquisition has been completed our sister company Lichfields Design is able to take over the reins to manage, design, and build a home to a client’s specification. Whether simply furnishing an investment property for rental or gaining full planning permission to rebuild a house we are able to coordinate every aspect of construction drawing on more than 10 years experience in the sector.

As a company, we have managed the construction of almost £200m of residential real estate and have worked with some of the world’s top interior designers including Pierre Yovanovitch, Charles Zana, Todhunter Earle, Studio Ashby, Finchatton as well as under the guidance of Lichfields Design.

Our construction management team has worked on some of London’s most prestigious buildings including The Shard and The Savoy Hotel. Lichfields is able to appoint and manage a full spectrum of teams from architecture and interior design to cost management and lighting design.

We have an excellent supply chain and are able to deliver demonstrable value to clients as well as providing an experienced project oversight capability formed over more than a decade, working in some of London’s most prestigious buildings and most highly valued addresses including Grosvenor Square, The Boltons and Holland Park Villas.

Property Development

Lichfields has undertaken joint venture partnerships on behalf of private clients providing the opportunity, acumen, and oversight for clients who wish to gain exposure to UK residential real estate investments.

We have a full team of subcontractors on whom to call for each constituent part of a full development with within London or the country with commercial terms agreed on a case-by-case basis.
